FL 2080 had been signed by Governor Christ

Governor Charlie Crist has signed FL bill 2080. This is the infamous water rights bill that also protect the rights of homeowners such as yours truly to implement Florida-friendly landscaping regardless of the 'sound and uncontrolled judgment' of HOA board members.

Of course, the bill is not without controversy, but I am not yet examining the impact on the wetlands. What I am interested in however, is to see how this will play out with the HOA-Nazis.

No doubt, HOA attorneys are somewhere trying to see how they can twist this bill to their financial gain. My thoughts: LET IT GO!!!

That said, I am already thinking of what 'new' plants I will need to incorporate a rolling herbal garden along the way. Needless to say I will send these 'plans' via UPS signature required mail so this time there will be no 'lies' about when who received what. Imagine my last surprise when the board claimed they did not receive my landscaping plans until 2 years later (Feb 2007). I NEVER mailed a plan in Feb 2007, I was too busy telling them where to 'STICK IT' (I really don't play nicely with dictators). My guess about this inconsistency: I had a doppelganger mailing stuff that was secured on my hard drive from my storage locker. Oye, talk about the ghost of Christmas past!!!!
